Mr. Rabindra Lal Shrestha, Chairman
Mr. Shrestha holds a degree in management. He has worked as department chief of Loan Recovery and debt restructuring department on Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd (RBB), he was also a board member of RBB from 2074 to 2076 BS. He has been appointed as credit officer in the industrial loan department for 5 years. He later joined social development bank from January 2011 to July 2013 as Deputy General Manager. In Baishak 2071, he was appointed as Bank and financial Expert in Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) till Aswin 2073.
Ms. Sophia L. Pandè, Director
Ms. Pande holds a Bachelors Degree in arts, history of arts & english literature from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusette, Usa and Master Degree in fine arts, film and television production from Tisch School of the Arts. New York University, New York, NY, Usa.
Mr. Tian Jiayuan, Director
Mr. Tian is graduated from Chendgu University of Science and Technology in Bachelors Degree majoring in water conservancy and hydropower and is currently the general manager. He was appointed as Section Chief of Pujiang County Water Bureau, Chengdu City and worked from June 1984 -July 2001. Later from July 2001-2017 worked as General Manager of Chengdu Dayu Hydropower Construction Co., LTD and Chairman of Sichuan Hechuan Investment Co., LTD from December 2007 -2015 January 2016. He is now the Director of Sichuan Hani Energy Investment Co., Ltd and since January 2016 was appointed as the Director of Mandu Hydropower Limited.
Mrs. Zhu Xianxian, Director
Mrs. Zhu is currently the CFO of Sichuan Hechuan Investment Co. Ltd From March 2017 and its subordinate subsidiaries. She is also the Board member of Langtang Bhotekoshi Hydropower Co. Ltd. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Auditing from Jiangxi University of Financeand Economics. From April 2015 to March 2017 she was appointed as Chief accountant of Lukong Water GroupCo. Ltd. (once was parent company of SHIC) and them From March 2012 to Oct. 2014 as Accounting manager of Shenzhen Agricultural Products Co. Ltd. Later, From Sep. 2011 to Feb. 2012 joined Shandong Xinyuan Accounting Firm as Bookkeeping agent Then From Aug. 2009 to July 2011 appointed as Bank Teller of Agricultural Bank of China
Mr. Barun Shrestha, Public Director
Mr. Shrestha holds a master degree in Business Management, he has 30 years experience in commercial banking, he has worked in Nepal Indosuez Bank Ltd. (a subsidiary of Credit Agricole Indosuez, France) for 12 years, where he served as Head of Finance for more than four years, after divestment of shares the Bank has been under management of Nepalese Investor group and name has been changed to Nepal Investment Bank Ltd. where he has served as Head of Finance, Branch Manager, Department Head, Regional Manager and Province Manager for 18 years. He has also served as Board of Director in National Microfinance Bittiya Sansthan Ltd. for more than five years and at present he is Board of Director at a credit rating agency ICRA Nepa Ltd. He also holds professional Diploma Degree in Computer Science.
