Mr. Shrestha holds a degree in management. He worked department chief of Loan Recovery and debt restructuring department on Nepal Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd (RBB) with a board member of government bank RBB from 2074 to 2076 BS. He was also appointed as credit officer in the industrial loan department for 5 years. He later joined social development bank from January 2011 to July 2013 as Deputy General Manager. In Baishak 2071, he was appointed as Bank and financial Expert in Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) till Aswin 2073. Later, he headed towards the hydro projects since 2075 till dates an appointed as independent director of the Mandu.
